The PRT network network has twelve plants throughout the country with the objective of ensuring the safe and clean operation of vehicles in circulation.
OPUS has been a client of GQ Consultants since March 2019 receiving Financial and Tax Consulting services. Service that began with support for the closing of its 2018 closing balance sheets, a service that helped to generate the trust that is maintained to this day, in addition to a monthly service contract, on payroll management (determination of remunerations) and monthly and annual tax compliance. Nicolás Tscherkasow, Financial Director Latin America at Opus Inspection and Vice President OPUS Inspection SA (Argentina), tells us his appreciation and opinion regarding the services:
What were the “pains” at Opus Inspection that led you to make the decision to hire GQ Consultants?
Since 2018 GQ is Opus Inspection’s service provider; there are several needs that the company presented, perhaps the biggest one was to put the company in order at the administrative level in general, the first plant was installed in August 2016 and until 2018 6 more plants were opened. While the big growth has been from 2018 to date. The latter causes us to decide to make a change. We got to know GQ Consultores through the recommendation of a professional colleague in the consulting area. We needed a service from the client’s point of view for a specific need of the company, they had the possibility to adapt, they have the sprint to adapt to a company like ours, which was not in good shape.
What features would you highlight about GQ that made them hire the services?
Flexibility and adaptation to customer needs. Adaptation not only to the company and the industry; as a company, we did not have the best resources, and yet they were able to adapt, the professionalism with which they were involved; Jorge Quilobrán, Partner of GQ, was the one who was one hundred percent involved in the service, and that for us is priceless. I am convinced that this will help us to grow a lot. Practical knowledge of our market and adapted to the needs of our company.
How would you define the GQ team of collaborators?
It is important to note that my position is located in Argentina and the initial service implementation process was on-site in Chile, so I had to travel and be present in Chile almost 60% of the time. From there I could see that the collaborators were and are very professional people, very reserved people, they have always been able to respond with great knowledge and dedication, we have shared many hours of work and they have developed all the tasks that were entrusted to them.
Do you see room for improvement in the service GQ provides?
It is difficult for me to indicate in which areas they could improve, since we are very satisfied with the service, however, perhaps if I should mention something it would be the involvement of Juan Pablo, who is the other partner, he was not very involved in our project and I understand it mainly because of his role in the area that, at least in our company and at the time that GQ landed in our organization, was the least critical at the time of the restructuring.
Would you recommend GQ and its services to other companies and what would be the argument?
Yes, I fully recommend GQ Consultores; basically because of the dedication, commitment and effort. They are very professional! I must continue to highlight its capacity for flexibility and adaptation to the client’s reality.
